I had a great experience today with a salesman Greg Deden. He did help me on Tuesday. Show me the various cars I was interested in. Answered all my questions. I return today. Reviewed the car as we talked about. Through discussions and his excellent help I was able to locate a replacement car. I went through the entire sales process and changeover of license plates and miscellaneous items from the old car into the new car. He was very helpful and very thorough. I greatly appreciate all of his help. You did a great job for me.

I had an absolute amazing experience with Greg at Steve's hometown!! He was on the ball and had a great positive attitude! The result was a positive outcome!! Definitely recommend Greg! Everyone else there was also positive and and friendly! I felt really comfortable and confident with them!!

I had a great experience buying my car at Hometown Chevrolet. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous. Greg was the sales person that helped me and he was extremely nice and paid really close attention to all the details. He went out of his way to make my car buying experience fantastic! We found a used Toyota Tundra pickup truck at Steve's Hometown Chevrolet dealership in Fruitland, Idaho. Greg Deden was incredibly accommodating when he learned we were from the Chicago area. We flew from Chicago to Seattle and on to Boise, where he picked us up from the airport. Our flight from Seattle to Boise was delayed and we got there after hours so he took us to our motel and picked us up in the morning and took us to the dealership to fill out papers. other than the flight, all went as planned , even the smooth comfortable trip back to Illinois in our beautiful new used pickup truck. The truck runs like a dream. This is our 2nd truck purchase from Steve's Hometown Chevrolet dealership. I could not recommend Steve's Hometown more highly!

A true testament to character. There was a misunderstanding. I drove from central Oregon to pickup my new pickup. When number time came we were off. I didn’t understand the rebates etc.. Here is the amazing part. David in finance did not make any excuses. Try to feed me any lines about how I was wrong or I must misunderstand. He calmly asked if he could get his boss. He came in and was apologetic. Instead of trying to make me feel that I was wrong they fixed it. In 10 min it was fixed not hours. Matt our salesman was so apologetic also. A shout out to Matt. For making sure all the extras were on my pickup before I even got there. It was a great day. Thank you staff. You truly are a hometown listen and help kind of dealership.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin Waggaman in my search for a new vehicle. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles and trim packages. Everyone I encountered during my visits were polite and friendly. No hard pressure sales. I purchased a service and had to take my car in. Kevin gave me a loaner car, and everyone in the service department was very helpful. Steve's Hometown Chevrolet is an awesome place to do business!

From drop off to finish the team at Steve's Hometown Chevrolet took complete care of my family. On a trip from Oregon to Florida, we broke down in the middle of nowhere. Had to get it towed to closest dealership. Tyler in service completely handled everything from warranty to repair. The shop guys figured out the issue and knocked it out quickly. They showed concern and honestly the moral support went a long way because I was pretty distraught being stranded with my family. After a couple days, we were back on the road and all smiles. Super grateful and blessings to the whole team🙏

Working with Kevin was an absolute breeze. I commute back and forth for work and he gave me updates multiple times a day. He was upfront and completely honest. I am in the market for a lease on a vehicle. I had contacted Greg Deden with Steve's Hometown Chevrolet and he provided me with multiple options he thought may fit my needs. Ultimately, nothing seemed quite right with my timing, but Greg did a phenomenal job! He provided wonderful service with a patient and low pressure attitude that was greatly appreciated. I will certainly give Steve's Hometown another look when the time is right.

I just purchased a used truck from Kevin. I am out of state so I spoke with Kevin for about a week before driving out there to complete the deal. He was very communicative and honest. I felt like I could trust him, and this was confirmed once I drove out there and met him in person. I did not feel pressured to buy and he made the whole process easy and not stressful. He was also willing to work with me and be flexible. Great customer service! If you need a vehicle, I highly recommend going to Kevin. I have already recommended him to a friend that lives there. I had a really great experience at Steve's dealership! Being out of state, Josh and Joe both worked over the phone to help get me a solid deal on a lease for a Sierra AT4. Stephanie was nice enough to pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership to sign for the truck. It's a family dealership with wonderful, kind people. Would definitely work with them again on my next car!

Recently we went for a drive from idaho city to the big town of Fruitland and visited steves hometown motors, we were car shopping, wanted to upgrade our buick. Saw what we wanted, and also met Josh, with his quiet informative nature , we felt very comfortable. Our experience buying was much more pleasant and worth the drive.

We were rear ended and needed our bumper repaired. From start to finish Jason had us completely covered. I’ve never thought a repair could be so easy. Jason met all of our needs, was friendly, attentive, and took care of the things that came up with the insurance company. I will never hesitate to take one of my vehicles to this finely tuned establishment.
By the way, the car came out flawless, best work I’ve ever seen done. Thanks guys!

Sante was a very friendly and easy-going sales rep. Being fairly new at his job he did an excellent job of selling us our car. Very low pressure and always pleasant. Kept us informed of what was going on and very professional. The Hometown dealership was very nice and clean and organized displaying their vehicles very well. I will definitely do business with them again. This car was bought for my granddaughter/daughter. We were very pleased with our service.
I also enjoyed Joe, your. finance manager very much. We had some good laughs.

I had just the basic routine maintenance done. The tire rotation, brakes checked, and the filters checked. But I have never had any issues. I was told about my tires being worn which I was aware of. And I still appreciate the fact that they took the time to inform me of my tires. I feel it is important to be able to trust those that are going to work on my vehicle, and by him taking the initiative to let me know about my tires shows that he was wanting to do the right thing to inform me about something that can potentially become an issue. I am definitely a satisfied customer, and I will be returning. Thank you all for your help and support. GREATLY appreciated! 😁
