@Ask_Spectrum I live in a senior complex in lancaster where I dont have control over my box. Many stations the sound is broken up. The picture goes black and no sound at all. I have rebooted and checked connections and still the sound is broken up. Other family has same problem.

I know they get a bad rap, but I have had great luck with @GetSpectrum mobile. They use Verizon towers and have been very helpful whenever I had a problem. I also use them for my cable internet, and it never goes down, and I'm in a rural area.

@MatthewKeysLive They are at work at the Junction box at the end of my block EVERY DAY! I know a lot of people will flame me for this, but I have great service with @GetSpectrum
