Sharon Osbourne sported a very smooth visage amid fresh surgery fears as she stepped out for a spot of Thanksgiving shopping on Wednesday.
The music manager, 72 - who has spoken openly about her past plastic surgeries - looked fresh-faced and glowing as she stocked up on groceries ahead of the upcoming holiday festivities.
Cutting a chic figure, Sharon - who shocked the public last December after losing 42lbs on Ozempic - also showcased her weight loss as she slipped into a stylish black jacket and loose fitting black trousers for the supermarket trip.
Sharon added a white button cardigan and black shoes to her look, while her signature red locks were in the usual blow-dried, cropped style.
The wife of rocker Ozzy Osbourne looked in good spirits as she wondered around the store and filled up her trolley with goods including panettone, a baguette, custard and jam.
Sharon's trip out comes days after shedisplayed a notably taut visage and raised brows during a recent shopping trip,three years after undergoing a disastrous 'Cyclops' facelift.

In December 2023 Sharon revealed her 2021 facelift is the 'worst thing she ever did' in a candid new interview.
The reality star who previously revealed the procedure left her looking like 'Quasimodo', told The Times: 'I looked like Cyclops. I had one eye here and one eye there and my mouth was all skewiff.
'And then I had to wait for that to heal before I could go back and have it corrected.'
Sharon hasbeen open about her fondness for getting plastic surgery over the years, but hasn't denied having regrets.
She revealed that she last went under the knife in order to fix a previous operation that left her looking like the deformed protagonist in Victor Hugo's novel The Hunchback of Notre-Dame.
The Daily Star quotes Sharon as saying: 'There’s not one part of my body that I haven't had twisted, lifted, elongated, whatever.
'I’ve been messed up many times. This last one was a kind of fix-it job from the guy that did it before.
'I looked like Quasimodo, because I had one eye here, one eye there. It was wicked.'

The mother-of-three has previously opened up about the disastrous facelift, which took place in October 2021 andtook five and a half hours.
Speaking to The Sunday Times, she said: 'I’m telling you, it was horrendous. I’m, like [to the surgeon], "You’ve got to be f*****g joking."
'One eye was different to the other. I looked like a f*****g cyclops. I’m, like, "All I need is a hunchback".'
Sharon added: 'I looked like one of those f*****g mummies that they wrap [with bandages]. It hurt like hell. You have no idea.'
She later claimed that the botched procedure had scared her off getting anymore cosmetic surgerydone.

Sharon has also said another facelift in 2019 left her looking like Elvis doing his trademark snarl, as it involved lifting her mouth.
1999 saw her lose over 100 pounds through a gastric band operation and she revealed she had spent $120,000 on a facelift, tummy tuck, eye lift, abdominoplasty, liposuction and Botox as well at the time.
Sharon also admitted in 2007 that she had spent approximately £300,000 - which at the time equated to about $530,000 US on cosmetic surgeries and enhancements.
The TV host has had various tummy tucks, a breast reduction, vaginal cosmetic surgery and got a double mastectomy in 2012 after learning about her risk of developing breast cancer.
