[Metro] Fresh 2 Go XL 3 Topping 16" Pizza $10.99 (Walk-in only) (ON) March 2023 thread
well the last time there was a XL 4 toppings for 10.99 was actually this year in March 2024 but I used the skip the dishes deal:
https://forums.redflagdeals.com/skip-th ... 9-2679049/
They also have the pepperoni one for 10.99 pretty often non skipthedishes deal.

a well-managed domino's kitchen can produce some seriously tasty pizzas. one of the locations near me made some staffing changes recently and their pies are much much better made than before. seriously impressed with the store and it really shows you how much labour quality matters to the finished product even in a fast food kitchen.

Large/XL has more toppings area vs small/medium is mostly crust
also saw this on reddit
Small (8") = 50.24 sq inch
Medium (10") = 78.5 sq inch
Large (12") = 113.04 sq inch
X Large (14") = 153.84 sq inch
Also: 1 x XL = 3 x Small 1 x XL = 2 x Medium

Today around 4:30pm, my area has power outrage, not sure the nearest Dominos working or not, ordered online, order accepted, thought maybe they had the power. The status bar showing mohd is preparing , but after 20minutes, it was still preparing. So went to store to have a look, the door is open, but no one inside. met two other customers, they had the same situation.

you should complain to dominos and they'll give you enough points to order a large for free in the future.

That sounds like the complete opposite to our experience on the West-West Coast. There's a reason we won't touch PizzaHut with a 40ft pole - their pizzas have always been the one's dripping with grease out here. Could very well be down to whomever owns / operates the Dominos you've ordered from previously, or possibly just a one-off oopsie doodle.
Most importantly, did you provide feedback to the store that made you pie's the last time they arrived in the condition you describe? If not, they'll never know how to improve.

Is it just me or is this 50% off a rip off? Who the hell pays $25.99 for one large pizza regular price? I usually get the XL large at metro for like 10.99 on sale... makes this deal look meh.
Large feast has always been available for me from the coupons section of app for $16.99 (for at least 2 or 3 years). Not sure if it varies by location but the 3 I've went to scattered in Ontario all had this coupon available. I think at one point it was even $15.

Domino's does not use third party delivery drivers when ordering from the store. I did not receive a paper receipt, but just an emailed breakdown as well. I would think it would be safe to say they receive the tips in the end even if they are a franchise model. Corporate would probably go heavy handed on them, but you really never know. I'm leaning more on their software program allotting the correct amount to staff. Domino's would need to have a delivery driver present on every shift. I take they may do it to keep your order from being selectively ignored from staff and to keep staff consistent. I know that some of the smaller food stores love the whole tip thing as they just keep the tips if they pay staff cash. They skirt the issue by giving staff free meals.

Everyone here saying Domino's makes bad pizza I'm thinking may never have tried their Chicken Alfredo variants...it is SO good. I'll agree that Domino's sausage and "ground beef" topping (basically little soy meatballs) are terrible, but all their other meat toppings like chicken, bacon, and pepperoni are fire, and so are their variety of cheeses and the Alfredo sauce on the pie. The crust is also perfectly good.

I must be doing something wrong, because to me Domino's is even worse than Pizza Pizza.

Probably. Because for me, both Domino's and Pizza Pizza are good enough to satisfy my hunger.

i have noticed that the amount of chicken is quite small. my mum doesn't eat pork or beef. even ordering EXTRA chicken gets me 2-4 pieces per slice (and the chicken pieces are about fingernail size)
I literally asked locations about this and they said thats the standard amount.
I have literally ordered the pizza before and then added more chicken to it when i got home.

I contacted them already, but I thought someone might have more insight if they've been in the industry and have knowledge of how they handle these payments.

I used to always order pan, but always feel so guilty afterwards (taste oily but good). Now I order just the original and it doesn't taste as greasy.

Same. The pan is just way too greasy. Just looking at the oil soaked pizza box makes me not want to eat it.
