Two weeks ago, the steel construction of Prologis Park Breda DC4 started, which means the building is already quite far along since the start of the constructions six weeks ago. The all-electric 47,246 square meter warehouse with a BREEAM 'Excellent' classification will be completed and ready for leasing mid 2024.
